This vintage 1950's/1960's Ertl/Eska (?) John Deere 2 bottom plow is in very good condition with no heavy rust and just minor paint wear (there is some light rust discoloration where the paint is worn.) The hard rubber tires are intact with no cracks or flat spots and all three spin freely. The rear wheels do raise & lower when the handle is turned, but the threaded screw can use a little oil. I'm not sure what scale the plow is, but the approximate dimensions are: 2 3/4" wide (measured across the rear wheels) x 2" tall x 6 1/2" long (8 1/4" long including the hitch.)
