Akro Agate Rectangular Planter # 656Collectibles:Akro Agate:Planters From my grandfather's Akro Agate slag glass collection comes this remarkable piece...orange, red, green and brown all swirled together (probably most of the colors of glass from the factory that day) with outstanding results! Measures 6" long and 2 3/4" high and is fully marked: Made in U.S.A. - crow emblem - 656. Excellent condition! Smooth and shiny surfaces inside and out for the most part...save for a 3/4" wide area running around the inner rim with evidence of slight calcification...not readily noticeable with the color camouflage effect.
