Beautiful VINTAGE geisha zori shoes. NOS, never were worn. VERY SMALL SIZE, guessing size 5. 8 3/4" length, x 12/16"ht at the toe, 2 1/4"ht at the heel. I read your foot is supposed to hang over theback edge, my 7.5 foot hangs over 2"! They are in a Bullocks Westwood LA box, not sure if they were purchased there. I'm thinking they are 50's~60's era. Pretty white brocade fabric, woven with gold, red, gray in a bird and nature motif. Red velvet trim on the straps. Four sections in the back wedge are trimmed in red. Bottom is traditional construction, in a hard rubber? material, front slightly curves upward. It is rigid, maybe from time? Tap plate on the heel to make sound when walking. Seems like wood inside the fabric, but not sure. So pretty to display, or if the zori fits....! USPS shipping wt. 2 lbs. includes tracking. Thank you for looking!
