Vintage En Croute Pillivuyt Woodcock Tureen Casserole Porcelain Made In France. See Pictures.. The outside of this game bird dish has a porcelain matte finish. It was made to look like a traditional en croute pastry crust. The interior is a glossy white porcelain. The hand painted head of the Woodcock is wonderfully detailed. Measures approx. 7-1/2" long x 4-1/2" wide x 6" high including the head or 3-1/4" high without the lid. I don't see any imperfections, but there could be that I just plain don't see. I have looked over it quit well. It is marked at the bottom, but over time has faded. Weighs 3 pounds. I will ship it parcel post to save on the shipping cost. I will pack it well with lots of peanuts and bubble wrap. Buyer pays shipping. Immediate Payment is Required.
