This plate is signed by the artist. This is part of Rosenthal China, a major shareholder. Made between 1908 and 1939. There is some scratching from being on a wall mount. Measures 12 1/2" wide and 2 1/8" tall.See pictures for more information.We are a non-profit charity and this item was donated to us.
