VINTAGE TYCO COMMAND CONTROL COLLISION CROSSING with NITE-GLOW SLOT CAR SET * * * First off, I suppose you've noticed a couple of poor feedback I received a few months ago. In case you're a bit apprehensive about bidding on one of my auctions, I assure you all is well and everything is above board. I fell to an illness about four months ago, and a couple of international shipments accidently fell through the cracks. The situations were resolved as soon as I realized the oversight, with the items being shipped and the buyers receiving a full refund as well. I am back in the saddle 100%, and completely on track again! If you'll have a look at the feedback comments I received before, and after my illness, you can see that complete and total satisfaction is my only goal. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any qualms about bidding. Anyhow, I came across this vintage Tyco Nite Glow Collision Crossing Slot Car Set while going through our storage closet. We're in the process of moving right now, and I'm sifting through over 50 years worth of accumulation. I'm just now getting down to the toys and games we had as kids, and I'm finding some really great stuff. I'm uncovering some wonderful treasures every day, so check out my other auctions when you have an extra minute or two. As you can see by the photos, this Tyco Command Control Collision Crossing Slot Car Set is in outstanding condition. Our storage closet is climate controlled, which accounts for the condition of the things I've been finding. Everything in the set is original and in perfect order. All original pieces of track are , including the 4-Way Intersection and glow-in-the-dark bridge. Both original controllers, the original power pack, and most importantly...both original Trans Am cars are ! T are a few minor pieces missing, such as flags and poles, but all the important stuff is I can't say enough about the condition of the cars. They do show very slight use on the contacts, but otherwise you'd think they were brand spankin' new! You can see the pristine condition of the cars in the photos. These are the original black and red Trans Am cars that originally came with the set. The cars have been tested and run perfectly. The headlights of the black car work perfectly, but the headlights on the red car cut on and off when I tested it. It could use a bit of attention if you want the lights on the red car to be perfect, and it very well could just be a loose wire. Considering my mechanical prowess, I'll just leave that up to you. Running-wise, both cars are absolutely perfect. The cosmetic condition of both cars is pristine as well. Not a scuff or scratch anyw They're even still packed inside the original foam-lined inner box that they came in when the set was brand new! This entire set is just plain wonderful, and the condition of these two Trans Ams are just the icing on the cake. Just wait until you see them in person. I guarantee you'll be WAY more than pleased! Parts of the track, including all of the curves, are outlined with glow-in-the-dark edges so you can actually race in the dark. To finish, everything is still packed away in the original box! The box does show a bit of "closet wear", and is still intact.
