Welcome! Up for your consideration is a vintage fishing creel. This creel has the weaved design with leather trim. Description: Vintage fishing creel. This creel has two shoulder straps one of which is cloth. The strap that holds the lid shut is broke. Also the leather on the lid in the hinge area is ripped on both sides. See pictures. Also as you can see in the photos the lid closes askew. All the weaving is intact with very minor damage. The leather strap is in good shape but does have areas of wear with some drying out and cracking. Approximate measurements: Measures 7 1/2" tall not including the strap. It is 12" x 5" wide. The strap is 24" long approximately. Markings: None Condition: Good condition for its age with some wear and discoloration. I have provided plenty of picture showing the condition. See description above for further info on the condition. Additional information: Keep in mind that when dealing with any vintage cast item that t may be casting flaws.
