Wax shoulder head doll. There are no markings on this doll but I believe it to be from the mid to late 1800's. The lower part of her arms are wax and her upper arms, body and legs are all made of leather. She has beautiful blond hair and blue glass sleep eyes. The features of her face are painted and she is wearing a white dress with blue flowers, matching bonnet, slip, pantaloons, socks, and leather shoes. She stands 17" tall. There is some paint loss on face, impression in wax on shoulder back from dress and slight wear to her shoes as the pictures show.
