Very nice looking western trophy buckle made by Championship Buckles, Rillito Park 1990 Pinal Co Race Meet with red garnets or rubies, not sure if they are real, I think this is sterling front because it tarnished when i soak it in bleach, but the back did not, the buckle has great eye appeal. There are scratches on the inscription banner which probably could be sanded out if one wants to, otherwise its fine.
