This is a signed Westmoreland, Milk Glass, Candy or Soap Dish in the form of two hands. It is signed on the back of the piece. It is hand painted in the typical Westmoreland floral and ribbon motif with pastel colors. It also has a raised grape pattern near the back of hands. Length is 8". Width is 5 3/4". The base is has a circle which is raised slightly. A tiny bit of fading to painted details otherwise excellent condition.
