Perfect Christmas present. Pre-built wooden dolls house with basic 3 piece bathroom.There are also enough tiles to cover the roof. Tiles are very realistic (please see photos). This was a project which never really 'got off the ground' due to lack of time. Measures : 32 inches high (including the chimney), 23 inches across, 11.5 inches deep. There are 6 rooms and an attic. Just need a lick of paint and some TLC ! Sorry - unable to post as this would be too costly but collection is most welcome.
