This Medal was enacted by Imperial edict No. 406 on September 17, Taisho 9 (1920).The soldier who engaged and was helpful to military affairs from Taisho 3 (1914) before Taisho 9 (1920) is granted.which had no meaning for the Japanese, the ancient figure of " Take-Mikazuch-no-kami ", a japanese ancient hero.
