This auction is for a yellow vaseline or opalescent Fern & Daisy large ruffled top pitcher. The yellow color doesn`t show up too well in my pictures, but it is very bright. I also have 6 matching tumblers on auction at the present time. I am not an art glass expert but this might have been made by Fenton, L G Wright or Northwood. They all look alike to me. This pitcher is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or scratches. It is 9 1/4" tall and approx. 6" in diameter, not including the reeded handle. People who buy depression glass seem to like this pattern. Also those who buy Cambridge, Fostoria, Tiffin, Heisey and other elegant glass companies seem to like this pattern. This very rare art deco jug would make a very nice addition to your collection. This pitcher is quite heavy. Payment is to be made within 3 days of end of auction.
