UP FOR BIDS IN THIS AUCTION IS A ZENITH PORTABLE TRANS-OCEANIC RADIO. IT WAS SOLD AT THE ESTATE AUCTION WHERE I PURCHASED IT AS BEING A WORKING RADIO. I HAVE NO BATTERY THAT WILL WORK IN THIS RADIO,AND IT WILL BE SOLD AS IS. IF YOU NOTICED WHEN THE FRONT OF THE RADIO IS OPENED THERE IS A SLOT AT THE BOTTOM WHERE YOU CAN PULL OUT A LEATHER,OR VINALBOOKLET. IF THERE ARE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE ASK. I PURCHASED THIS,AND MANY OTHER RADIOS AT AN ESTATE SALE FOR A PROMINENT COLLECTOR,AND WILL BE SELLING THEM ON HERE FOR THE NEXT COUPLE OF MONTHS. THIS GENTLEMAN TAGGED THE RADIOS TO SHOW THE LAST TIME HE WORKED ON THEM,AND THERE CONDITION. IF THERE IS A TAG I'LL TELL WHAT IT SAYS. IF THERE ARE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS,OR ANY OFTHE RADIOS PLEASE ASK. . I just added a picture of an arial that I didn't know existed. It can be pulled out much further then shown in the picture. I also noticed that the person that purchases this radio will have to do some work on the battery connections as they have deteriated. The cord for electrical hookup is still there.
