This is an Original issue of "THE EDINBURGH EVENING COURANT", published in Edinburgh, Scotland & dated "Thursday, February 28. 1793". 4 pages/2 leafs. Size: approx. 12 1/2" by 18". Disbound from volume. Neatly folded at center. Nice Condition, w/some light "foxing"/staining ; otherwise, o.k. ....This Scottish newspaper has various news stories + a plethora of ads. Nice Masthead at top of front page + several ship illustrations & a partial RED Tax stamp at the bottom of the back page. A really Great 18th century newspaper, today 222 years old! Buyer pays $4.00 S&H, extra for postage outside the U.S. ***Please see scan. This paper is far too large to fit my scanner, but it is Complete w/Nice wide margins and Not abbreviated as the picture might otherwise indicate.
