This is a superb & rare example of an antique 19th century Italian Majolica "Certosa Di Firenze" Pilgrim Flask. The flask is beautifully moulded, ... decorated with hand-painted colours, ... grotesque heads on each side, ... finished with a majolica glaze. factories. The flask is in good condition. There are no cracks or repairs. There are a couple of flakes to the glaze .. and damage to one head / mask .. as shown in the photos.
