Czech Bohemian glass vase by Jiri Repasek c 1970 Sklo UnionA thick-walled, lead crystal, press-moulded vase designed by Jiri Repasek for the Prodebrady branch of the Bohemia Glassworks in the 1970s. (Illustrated in 20th Century Factory Glass by Leslie Jackson, p39.) This square vase has a striking modern, abstract design in deep relief of the type pioneered by Repasek and the Prodebrady glassworks. Height: 19.5cm Width at top: 8.5cmCondition: used, no chips or cracks. A small internal air bubble half way down one side, see close up photo.
