You are bidding on the limited edition Dreamfinder's Figment of Imagination Plush from EPCOT Center's 25th Anniversary Event. On October 1, 2007 Walt Disney World cast, guests, and visiting dignitaries gatd together to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the opening of Epcot Center. In a celebration driven by the passionate fans for this unique place called Epcot Center, Disney marked the passing of this momentous occasion by looking toward the nostalgia of Epcot's past while reaffirming the promise of the future. This very special occasion, a once-in-a-lifetime celebration of the innovation and discovery encapsulated in the spirit of Epcot Center, was marked with the release of a small offering of very limited merchandise. These limited edition collectibles inspire a flood of memories in each of their retro design elements. These will be perfect keepsakes for the next 25 years of promise and discovery. In this auction you are bidding on a 13½ inch tall limited edition plush featuring Figment, that beloved creature of imagination. For this milestone anniversary, Figment is dressed in a tuxedo and top hat, reminiscent of the Dreamfinder from the Imagination Pavilion. His metallic silver vest features the triangular pattern found on the geodesic sp of Spaceship Earth, Epcot's famed park icon. The satin blue finish of the tuxedo jacket features a special treat. It is decorated with the titles and circular logo of Epcot Center's pavilions. They include, Future World, Spaceship Earth, Communicore, the Living Seas, The Land, Journey Into Imagination, the Universe of Energy, Horizons, and the World of Motion. Figment is a limited edition of just 1200 units and sold out in just over an hour. Unlike most limited edition plush pieces released by Disney, the 25th anniversary Figment is individually numbered with his purple footpad containing the "25th Anniversary of Epcot" wording and the number XXX of 1200 in orange lettering. This auction is for Figment #477. The individual number is printed on the bottom of the foot. The photo at right has been modified as the individual numbers will vary. He comes complete with his original hang tag that features the Epcot Center park logo and the edition size of 1200. On the inside of the tag it reads "Figment is dressed to commemorate the October 1. 1982 grand opening of Epcot Center at Walt Disney World and to celebrate 25 years of discovery, imagination, and exploration." He comes to you in mint condition, never displayed, just as purchased on the day of the 25th anniversary. Limited Edition of 1200 Figment Plush approximately 13½" high - 9" wide - 11" deep This item is in new mint condition. You never know what kind of figment you may come up with. 's my favorite! Two tiny wings, eyes big and yellow. Horns of a steer, but a loveable fellow. From head to tail, he's royal purple pigment. And t--Voila!--you've got a Figment! A Figment of Imagination!
