I bought this large collection of uniforms from one of my Army buddies that was stationed in Germany after the wall came down and he began collecting uniform groups that he found complete. I will be listing at least one a week until all 50 are gone so keep watching. This is for a Stasi Colonel ( Oberst) and is very rare to find such a high rank in the East German Secret Police better known as the SS of the East German regime. It is complete with some very rare Stasi awards and medal bar as well as the WACH-RGT.F.DZIERZYNSKI cuff title. Also included is the beautiful Officer's Brocade belt. All insignia was applied before the tunic had the silk lining finished.The tunic is a size M-52 which is a 42 U.S. size. The set includes a pair of matching pants which are a size M 52 which are a size 36. This also comes with a dress shirt with all silver buttons which is a 38-N which is a 14 1/2. Also comes with the correct tie.The hat size 59 which is a 7 3/8. This uniform group all came together. Everything is in excellent condition.
