HILDEBRANDT BROTHERS ORIGINAL HAND-COLOREDTERRY AND THE PIRATES PHOTOSTAT SIGNED BY GREG AND TIM! In 1995, tGreg and Tim Hildebrandt worked on an updated version of Milton Caniff's classic Terry and the Pirates strip, under the direction of film producer Michael Uslan. The Hildebrandt brothers stayed on the strip for only a short time, but they produced fantastic art--as can be seen in this beautiful hand-colored Sunday page photostat from September 17th, 1995. The page features a cat-fight between the legendary Dragon Lady and the other femme fatale of the series, Burma ! The page bears the signature of both Greg and the late Tim Hildebrandt--Tim passed away in 2006. This is a gorgeous piece of original art hand-colored by Greg and Tim in excellent condition. It has been under glass for the last seven years. This is a one of a kind item! It is a true collector's item for fans of newspaper strip art and the Hildebrandt brothers!
