This print noted as #3727553719 is a ukiyo-e woodblock reprint from the collection of Robert Muller. It was printed with wood blocks in the 20th century and purchased by Muller in the 1930's. The design is by Hiroshige and purchase from the Muller estate.Robert Muller is regarded by curators, collectors and scholars as the individual who compiled the finest collections of the 20th century Japanese woodblock prints in the world. After his death in April 2003 4000 Japanese woodblock reprints were donated to the Sackler gallery at the Smithsonian. Other parts of his collection more sold.Muller's Collection was the major source of prints for several books on Japanese woodblocks.Photos show condition of frame, glass, and art well.
