Maruhon Ware Japanese CandleStick c.1920s/30s For Sale is a very decorative Japanese CandleStick dating from around 1920/30s. This item stands 3.5ins in height and measures approx 3.25ins across the base. The condition is very good with no chips, cracks, restoration or crazing and all the hand painting is bright and vibrant and this piece could certainly be used for its prurpose. For the sake of accuracy there is a tiny 'dot' around the base rim which might be a glaze flake but it could also be a indent where the glaze has missed. Maruhon Ware and the letter 'K' within a circle printed marks to the inside, also 'Made in Japan' and some Japanese writing.
