American Flyer produced these lamp posts only in the 1940's postwar years (1946 -1949). These are in very good plus condition (if the bulbs were present and working I would call them excellent). They have their original cloth coated wiring, brass knurled post nuts and basic American Flyer accessory green paint with no chips or scratches. They are cast pot metal, yet show no metal fatigue or warping. They stand 5 1/2 inches tall. They take a tear-drop shaped bulb, available at Port Side Hobby Supplies in New Haven CN. Included will be an original, nonworking bulb for comparison purposes. Shipping can be either by US Parcel Post for $5.70 or via Priority Mail for $6.30.
