This is an auction for a vintage 1973 GI Joe Training Center Play Set - Slide for Survival with Original Box. This was part of the Adventure Team line. The set looks to be about 98% complete with all parts listed. This set is, very good condition, showing some small signs of age and storage wear. The biggest wear issue was the rubber snake coming in contact with some of the hard plastic pieces while in storage. This unfortunately caused some melting to occur on some of the hard plastic pieces (see pictures). This set was hand checked and includes all of the following pieces: 3 FT High Training tower (a few of the top tier supports have some melt marks) Escape Slide (some melting to one side of the handle) Rope Ladder (also shows some melt marks) Crane with Hook Antenna Cave (good shape no breaks to the styrofoam, just a few scratches) Rifle Rack 2 Rifle Targets (both have the cardboard targets) 2 Rifles First Aid Box 2 Bandages Snake Bite Kit Oxygen Mask & Tank 2 Coiled Barrier Wires Barrel (shows signs of melting) 2 Logs 3 Tires Vinyl Tent Canopy with 2 support poles (poles show minor melting) Snake 2 Pistols Adventure packed mini comic bookThis set is missing: Compass and Holder Original Instructions As you can see the set is very complete, if it wasn't for the snake touching things there would be no issues ( I have bagged him read more
