This is an early 1810 Horstmann & Sons Militia Artillery Officer Sword. It was originally silver plated on the knucklebow and grip hardware. The bone grip is excellent with no cracks or chips. The 28 inch blade is blue with gold gilt and finely engraved in military motifs. No scabbard.
