Original U. S. Militia Light Artillery Saber, 1810 To 1840.this sword is in original shape, you have to be very careful with the scabbard as it has its dings dents scratches discoloration, but it is all there and the brass fittings do not look like they're ready to fall off. But I suggest to hold the scabbard and the blade on a table and slowly pull it out ( the sword) so you do not bend it or destroy it. This is about 200 years old so we have to be very careful with it. Look at the photos regarding the sword, beautiful patina in original shape the brass is uncleaned. It has its dings dents discoloration some rust nicks contact marks etc. again look at the photos to determine condition. Remember this is 200 ish years old. these are getting to be impossible to find, and let's say impossible or almost impossible in this condition. sword is unmarked as it should be.
