This is a small bud vase by Dorothy Okumoto, featuring Plumerias(what else?) 3 1/4" tall. The bottom reads, "03 - Dorothy - Okumoto - Porcelain - Hawaii - Plumeria". In my photos it appears to be tilted, but this is because it is on fabrics. It stands perfectly upright. Unfortunately, one of the leaves has a chip. Otherwise in excellent condition, no cracks or crazing.
