For sale is a beautiful handmade fighter kite . This kite is made from modern materials.It is very similar to the kites in the "Kite Runner" movie, only faster and smaller. The whole kite is made from Icarex (a strong coated ripstop polyester) This is the "Coho" model kite designed by Scott Bogue. He won 1st place in the line touch fighter kite world cup in Washington in 2010. This kite too, like all the kites I build, has icarex pockets at thewingtips for additional strength. Bow is 0.06 carbon fiber . Spine is made from flat carbon fiber ( 5 mm wide and 1mm thick ) Battens are0.03" carbon fiber. Wingspan 20 2/8" from wing-tip to wing-tip.Spine 16" long . Ideal wind 3 - 15 mph. The kite has a 3 point fully adjustable bridle I have test flown this kite and it flies straight and tracks perfectly.
