Up for auction is an Older Hopi Laguna Corn Dancer Kachina Doll shaped like a "corn-cob." These are sometimes known as "corn-dolls." This Corn Dancer represents a Kachina-Being originally from Laguna Pueblo that was borrowed by the Hopi and incorporated into their Pantheon of Kachinas. This Doll is in excellent condition and measures 10 inches to the top of his head and 13 inches to the ends of the feathers on his head. This Corn Dancer is even more impressive when seen in person than what the photos show. He also has beautiful featherwork. Please note that I am leaving on a trip Wed. April 3rd and won't be back till the following Monday. So if I received payment for him by Tuesday afternoon, I should be able to get him out before I leave. The high-bidder pays $6.50 for S&H, int'l-bidders pay the actual shipping. I accept payment by m.o. and through paypal. To see other interesting Kachina Dolls, please check out my other auctions. Thanks for looking!
